Disturbing emergency audio reveals final moments as Hulk Hogan suffers cardiac arrest

Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died on Tuesday at the age of 71 due to a sudden cardiac arrest. Emergency services were called to his residence in Clearwater, Florida, early Thursday morning following a 911 call that reported a cardiac event, as reported by TMZ.

Paramedics administered CPR for 30 minutes before taking Hogan to the hospital, where he was declared dead. Numerous police vehicles and EMTs were observed outside his home during the emergency response.

Hogan’s attorney, Linda Bose, verified his passing: “It is with great sadness that we confirm Terry Bollea, known as Hulk Hogan, has died this morning. We are devastated. He was an incredible person and a dear friend.”

The official cause of death has not yet been disclosed, but authorities have stated that there is no suspicion of foul play.

In the weeks prior to his passing, Hogan had reportedly been suffering from shortness of breath, significant weight loss, and was using oxygen, according to a source who spoke to the Daily Mail. He also had neck surgery earlier this year.

His wife, Sky, confirmed that Hogan had undergone a four-level Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF), describing it as an “intense surgery with a lengthy and complex recovery process.” She refuted claims that Hogan was in a coma before his death.

Hogan had previously mentioned on the IMPAULSIVE podcast that he had undergone 25 surgeries in the last decade, including several on his back, hips, knees, and shoulders.

In the wake of his death, WWE issued a statement expressing their sorrow: “WWE is heartbroken to learn that WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has passed away,” honoring him as a pivotal figure who played a significant role in bringing professional wrestling to global prominence during the 1980s.

Please share this tribute to celebrate Hogan’s legacy and his contributions to the history of wrestling.
