Massive Bombing Attack Stopped in NYC

New York City was on the verge of disaster—until prompt intervention from law enforcement, spearheaded by FBI Director Kash Patel and Dan Bongino, averted the unimaginable.

As per a federal indictment, 55-year-old Michael Gann had already initiated the placement of lethal improvised explosive devices (IEDs) throughout NYC. One device was reportedly hurled onto the subway tracks of the Williamsburg Bridge. Additional bombs were discovered concealed on SoHo rooftops alongside shotgun shells—primed to incite mayhem.

Authorities apprehended Gann on June 5, discovering an active IED in his possession. He had allegedly shared a cryptic final message on Instagram: “Who wants me to go out to play like no tomorrow?”

Thanks to Kash Patel’s proactive anti-terror task force and collaborations with the NYPD, no individuals were harmed. Bongino, who is now engaged in coordinating security strategies, attributed their swift intelligence-sharing: “We halted this before a single innocent person was injured.”

U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton referred to it as a “prevented tragedy,” affirming that Gann utilized legally acquired chemicals such as ammonium nitrate—often flagged by federal monitoring systems.

Gann is facing three felony charges, including attempted destruction of property using explosives and unlawful possession of destructive devices. If found guilty, he could face over 40 years in prison.

This recent operation follows Patel’s series of arrests, which included rogue FBI agents and corrupt COVID-relief fraudsters. It is evident: the new FBI is not to be trifled with.
